How Does the meal planer work?

Every diet plan can be customized to your own goals, exercise level, existing physical condition, and whether you want to gain weight, gain muscle, or keep your current shape. You may tailor it to your tastes for just halal and kosher dishes, as well as if you're vegan and whether you have any dietary restrictions, like gluten. If you'd prefer to limit your intake of smoothies to the morning, you can let the planner know. Will i need to update my diet plan often?
